Wade is a true example of a Laceys Everyday Champions; Bravely throwing himself in at in deep end having his first amateur fight after just 8 weeks of training. he is now hitting Laceys hard in a variety of classes getting the best results he has ever seen!
1: How long have you been a member of Laceys?
I have been a member for 3 months
2: What changes have you noticed in yourself since being a member?
I have Lost 7kgs, trimmed up, feel extremely motivated and have got my energy levels back. I have been a part of other gyms and fitness groups, this is definitely the best I have been a part of in getting the results I want to achieve. Leave your egos at home and only friendly motivated people please
3: What sort of training/classes do you do at the gym, and what do you like about it?
Lacey’s 47 Class – This class you team up with 1 or 2 others and push each other. It’s strength and conditioning with a bit of pad work, no class is ever the same. You come out of this exhausted.
Boxing Class – I like learning the techniques, pad work and sparring with members in the class. The class has all different level types. Probably my favourite class.
Bootcamp Class – Equivalent to Lacey’s 47 without the pad work and goes for an hour. Push your body to its limits.
4: What do you think makes Laceys different/special from other gyms you’ve been to in the past.
The great price of a weekly membership!!!! Group Training and having a Trainer pushing you to your limits each session is the key to getting the results you’re after. The amount of different classes and time slots available with great trainers/members makes you come back the next day. It’s amazing value for money!
5: What’s your most memorable moment at Laceys?
Being a part of the Lacey’s Fight Night on November 11 2017. Didn’t win, but it was an awesome experience.
